Sizes, storage, headboards and delivery: what buyers ask before
ordering a custom bed.
What are the standard bed cot sizes in India?
Single is 36 x 75 in, double is 48 x 75 in, queen is 60 x 78 in and king is
72 x 78 in. Because every bed is made to order, we can build between or outside these
sizes if your room needs it.
Is a hydraulic bed better than a box storage bed?
It depends what goes inside. A hydraulic bed lifts the whole base on gas pistons
and suits suitcases and seasonal bedding. Box storage costs less and works well
against a wall. Side drawers are better for items you reach for daily.
How much bedroom space does a king size bed need?
Roughly 12 x 12 ft to walk around it comfortably and still open wardrobe doors.
In a smaller master bedroom, a queen size bed at 60 x 78 in usually works better than
squeezing in a king.
Can I choose the headboard height and fabric?
Yes. Headboard height, panelling style and fabric are all customisable from over
100 options. Measure from the floor to any window sill, switchboard or wall unit
behind the bed before choosing a tall headboard.
Does the bed come with a mattress?
The bed cot is the frame, base and headboard. The bed is built around your mattress
size, so if you are keeping your current mattress, measure it before ordering and we
will build to fit.
Will the bed fit through my door and lift?
Beds are delivered in sections and assembled in the bedroom, so narrow stairwells
and small lifts are rarely an issue. Send your door and lift measurements if you want
it confirmed before ordering.
How long does bed delivery take in Bangalore?
10 to 15 working days from order confirmation, free within 30 km of our Gattahalli
studio. Outside Bangalore takes 10 to 30 working days with charges shown at checkout.

Is there a warranty, and can I cancel an order?

external damage. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund; once
production starts, custom orders cannot be modified or refunded. See our
warranty and repair page.
