How long does a custom sofa take to deliver in Bangalore?

Orders inside Bangalore are delivered in 10 to 15 working days from confirmation. Deliveries outside Bangalore take 10 to 30 working days, with charges shown at checkout. Delivery within 30 km of our Gattahalli studio is free.

How customisable is a sofa in this collection?

Length, seat depth and back height are all customisable, fabric is chosen from over 100 options, and corner sofas can be built as left-hand or right-hand loungers. Share your room dimensions and we will confirm what is possible for the design you like.

How much does a custom 3 seater sofa cost?

Most 3 seater fabric sofas fall between Rs. 33,000 and Rs. 40,000, while leather-look and signature designs run higher. The exact price depends on size, fabric and configuration, and is shown on each product page.

Should I choose fabric, boucle or leatherette?

Fabric is breathable and the most forgiving in Bangalore's climate. Boucle adds texture and suits formal, low-traffic rooms. Leatherette wipes clean easily, which helps in homes with young children.

What is the difference between LHS and RHS?

Face the sofa from the room's entrance. LHS means the lounger or chaise extends to your left; RHS means it extends to your right. Choosing the wrong side is the most common ordering error, so check the corner your room needs first.

Is there a warranty, and can I cancel an order?

Every sofa carries a warranty against manufacturing defects; misuse and external damage are not covered. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be modified or refunded.

Can I see and feel the fabrics before ordering?

Yes. Book a visit to the Gattahalli studio to sit on the frames and compare swatches in person, or request a home visit and we will bring samples to you.

Will the sofa fit through my door and lift?

Many of our designs use a modular structure that moves through compact interiors and tight stairwells. Send us your door, lift and stairwell measurements before ordering and we will build to suit.
